Internal Systems & Parts Work

You are not broken; you are comprised of protective parts that once kept you safe. We cultivate internal leadership and unburden historical pain.

03

Relational Depth

We examine how early attachment templates manifest in current romantic, familial, and professional spheres to construct authentic, generative relational bonds.

03

Christian and Faith Based Counseling

For clients seeking a spiritually grounded approach, I offer intentional integration of Christian faith and biblical principles within our therapeutic work.heres to construct authentic, generative relational bonds. The goal is to create a cohesive space where your faith is not left at the door, but actively honored as a cornerstone of your growth, resilience, and restoration.

Clinical Frameworks

Grounded, Evidence-Based Modalities

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Parts Work

An empirically supported paradigm conceptualizing the mind as a system of multiple sub-personalities. We identify exiles, managers, and firefighters to restore the sovereign Self as leader of internal dialogue.

CBT Therapy

Trauma Resolution

We examine how your thoughts, physical feelings, and daily habits connect, helping you break out of old, unhelpful cycles.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Frequently Asked Questions

How does telehealth psychotherapy work in California?

All sessions are conducted securely via an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You will need a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection. As an AMFT and APCC registered in California, I can legally provide therapy to any adult physically located within the state during our sessions.

What is your fee structure and do you take insurance?

Individual 50-minute sessions are $150, and couple sessions are $165. I operate on a private-pay model and do not directly bill insurance panels. However, upon request, I can provide a monthly superbill (Out-of-Network receipt) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential PPO reimbursement.

What does working under clinical supervision mean?

Associate therapists in California have completed their master's degrees and clinical hours examinations, but continue to practice under the rigorous supervision of a licensed senior clinician (LMFT/LPCC) to ensure the highest standard of ethical and clinical care.

What happens during the initial consultation?

We will schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone or video consultation to discuss what brings you to therapy, ensure my clinical approach aligns with your needs, and answer any logistical questions regarding scheduling and fit.
