Using Insurance
My practice operates as a private-pay provider. While I do not accept insurance directly, I can provide you with a superbill after our sessions. You can submit this itemized statement to your insurance provider to request reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. i recommend checking with your insurance provider ahead of time to understand your specific out-of-network mental health benefits.
Private Pay
$160 · 50-minute session
For clients paying without insurance, individual therapy sessions are $160. Sessions are available online only.

Yes. The private-pay rate is $150 for a 50-minute session, whether we meet in person or online. If you’re using insurance, we’ll help check your plan’s coverage for virtual sessions.

COMING SOON | Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less notice, or missed without notice, incur a $75 fee. Insurance does not cover this fee.
