Insurance & Coverage
Have a different insurance plan?
You’re welcome to use our private-pay option. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill, an itemized receipt you can submit for possible reimbursement.
Please note
Benefits checks are estimates, and out-of-network reimbursement isn’t guaranteed. Your insurance company determines your final coverage and the amount you owe.
